This complementary module delves deeper into the stories of the characters from the base game and adds secondary objectives in the form of tasks that reveal their motivations, troubled pasts, and personal desires. An expansion focused on narrative that adds greater thematic depth to every game. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is a game of area exploration, tactical combat, and adventure set in an alternate version of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. Players must explore, investigate, and fight to escape alive and tell the story, in a post-apocalyptic experience shaped by mutants, bandits, radioactive anomalies, and dark secrets.
