Shipping options

During the purchasing process through the online store, different shipping options will be offered, depending on the delivery address. We work with two logistic partners: MRW and Correos. In addition, all orders can be picked up for free in our facilities, located in Torrelavega, (Cantabria).

Orders over 200 euros and items marked as "Shipping Free" whose delivery address is inside Spain, will be sent free, unless parcel weight exceed 20 kilos. Notice that for shipments inside Spain usually two different shipping options can be available. For foreign countries, it depends on each specific country and parcel weight, and it is possible that only one shipment option will be available.

If the package has clear evidences of outside damages that could have been caused during the transport, please, remark that fact on the bill of collection, so that we can claim the insurance of the delivery if the items inside the package are damaged too.


Shipping cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated by our web system based on the weight of the order. During the checkout process, when selecting the shipping method, this cost will be clearly indicated. All products offered through our website have been weighed so that the customer pays the shipping cost tighter as possible. Some items are especially large, in this case the volumetric weight will be applied, following the parameters set by our logistics partners.

 

Delivery

The delivery of purchases is the result of the sum of processing time of the order and shipping time. Processing time is 24 hours since the reception of the payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). For COD shipments this period begins once the order is placed in our website. Payments by credit card and paypal are immediate.

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. Shipments by courier deadlines are shown during the purchasing process. For shipments made by mail a delivery time will be shown that should be considered as a rough estimate of it.

 

Product availability

We do not sell items that do not have stock. All items offered on the website as available (green button) are in stock at our facilities and can therefore be sent immediately.

Products that are new in our store (blue button) are not in stock, but ordered at manufacturer. They can be reserved and will be shipped once they become available. If a customer purchases these items in the same order as other products in stock, the order will be processed once all items required are available.

The stock indicated on the site may contain errors, in any case, these are occasional and infrequent. In the event that any item purchased in one order is not available, complete refund will be done. If this amount exceeds the 20% of the total order amount, the customer will be advised to offer the possibility to wait for the rest of the material or to continue or cancel the order.

 

Shipments worldwide

We accept orders from anywhere of the world, provided logistics companies we work with offer delivery services there. Please, remember we cannot send sprays or flamable items to countries where the delivery must be done by air.

 

Returns

Items purchased in our store can be returned free of charge in our retail store Torrelavega (Cantabria). The product must be accompanied by the receipt or invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable except for defective products or incorrect shipments.Y

Return period is 15 days from the reception of the order. The product must be in perfect condition in its original packaging and with accessories or gifts including. After checking the status of the product, refund of the amount will be done through the same payment method used by the client. If the order is paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

No changes of consumable products (such as paint cans, glues, etc.) are permitted. No returns will be accepted for products that have been modified at request, unless they are defective. Orders for products "on demand" that have to advance a % for the reservation, the reservation amount will not be refunded in case of return.
