You choose whether to take the risk: end the round immediately or give others an extra turn to try to score more points. Paper Oceans is a set collection game in which, on your turn, you must add a card to your hand, apply any effects the cards grant you, and decide whether to end the round. A super fun filler game not recommended for the indecisive!
