Bomb Busters There’s a bomb full of wires and the countdown has begun. Who are you going to call? You… the Bomb Busters! You are a team of bomb disposal experts with nerves of steel. Turn by turn, you’ll try to figure out which wires the others have in order to cut them safely. You’ve got the best tools, but each mission will become more and more difficult… Designed by Hisashi Hayashi, Bomb Busters can be enjoyed by couples or groups of up to 5 players, aged 12 and up, in missions lasting around 30 minutes. It is a cooperative game in which each player controls a bomb disposal specialist, and everyone must work together to defuse the bomb assigned for the mission. But be careful: if you cut a red wire or if the detonator reaches the end, the bomb will explode! The rules of the basic game are very simple. The wire tiles are dealt face down and placed in order on their holder. The numbers from 1 to 12 appear four times and, depending on the mission, wires of other colors may be added. On their turn, players must cut two identical wires, one of their own and one belonging to a teammate, or two of their own if they are the last available of that number. As numbers are eliminated, tool cards are activated. However, each mistake will cause the detonator to advance one space closer to explosion, which may result in immediate defeat. The box includes a total of 66 missions with progressively increasing difficulty. The first ones serve as a tutorial to learn the rules, while the more advanced missions introduce new mechanics and components that will put your coordination and cool-headedness to the test. All missions are replayable, allowing the experience to be adapted to any group. An essential title for fans of cooperative games, promising many hours of tension, laughter, and edge-of-your-seat decisions. Try not to blow your mind!
