Description

The Duel is a reissue of the card game Catan: The Princes of Catan, originally published in 2010. This new version features only aesthetic changes. It’s a game for 2 players, completely independent from the original board game, and offers 3 game modes. The game shares some core elements with classic Catan: players roll dice to collect resources each turn, build settlements and cities to earn points, and deal with robbers. Players must construct buildings and recruit heroes using their resources, optimizing their structures and locations to get the most out of their settlement and reach the required victory points before their opponent. The first player to reach 7 or 12 victory points wins, depending on the chosen game mode.
