The ocean stirs again with this new expansion that adds a twist to the classic Paper Oceans. In each round, a new card introduces a special condition that changes the game rules: it can be a bonus or a penalty, but only one player will keep it at the end… Who will it be? The one with the highest or lowest score, depending on the round. Paper Notes at Sea turns each game into a new wave of surprises. WARNING: Paper Notes at Sea! is an expansion and requires Paper Oceans to play.
