Dominion: Intrigue. Second Edition. A deck-building game. Something is afoot… The butler smiles at you as if he has a secret, or as if he thinks you have a secret, or as if you think he thinks you have a secret. Schemes are being hatched in the shadows, no doubt about that. Even if they are only yours. A servant passes by and murmurs, "the eggs are on the plate." You frantically consult your key book, searching for the hidden message, before realizing it simply means that breakfast is ready. Excellent. Everything is going according to plan. In the Second Edition, six cards from the first edition have been replaced, and a new card has been added. It no longer includes the basic cards, so it is no longer a standalone expansion. REQUIRES the base game DOMINION to play. Intrigue is the first expansion of the Dominion game and contains 300 cards, including 26 new Kingdom cards. There are Victory cards that do things for you, Attendant cards that let you choose what they should do, and a variety of other cards.
